Amanda Lei Lindsey

Real Estate Associate

Amanda Lindsey supports for the Commercial Real Estate Division’s operations and planning and development initiatives, including preparing and analyzing financial reporting data for budget variances, operating performance, periodic variance analysis, rent rolls, accounts receivable, financial trend analysis, and periodic asset valuations. She also provides assistance in oversight of third-party property managers, marketing and leasing, tenant credit analysis, lease negotiations, problematic collection issues, zoning analyses, MRCIP, and contract administration.

Prior to joining the KS CRED ‘ohana, Amanda spent three years at Kamehameha Schools as a Senior Analyst for Financial Aid. Her past experience also includes three years as Auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP in both Oregon and Hawai‘i.

A graduate of KS Hawai‘i, Amanda also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Linfield College in McMinnville, Ore.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys volunteering with Catholic Charities Hawai‘i and Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawai‘i.
