Aloha Lā Kamehameha! Today we commemorate our namesake, King Kamehameha I, through the voices of our haumāna. Here is a clip from the 2023 performance of PAIʻEA, a glam rock opera in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi presented by Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi Kula Kiʻekiʻe.PAIʻEA honors the chiefly lineage of our kula and celebrates the life and achievements of Kamehameha Paiʻea, the great-grandfather of Ke Aliʻi Pauahi. This powerful moʻolelo is brought to life with a contemporary twist, as a glam rock opera. He Koa Mau a Mau: Forever a Warrior! 💙🤍Alumni Reunion 2025, a week full of celebrations and memories, came to a close as more than 1,500 KS Alumni gathered for the Alumni Lū'au at Kekūhaupi'o Gym.
