Ke Kuhina

The Ambassador

You are the ambassador in all you set out to do—whether you are representing yourself or working with a team. As the kuhina, you point, guide, and direct others to synergy and collaboration. You lead with humility, never speaking over or dismissing others, but rather uplifting those around you. You take pride in being a representative of the team and you prefer to stay behind the scenes while others shine. As ambassador, your motto is “it’s a kākou thing,” and you never want to take sole credit.
