Re-enrollment for the ʻ25-ʻ26 school year now live

April 3, 2025

We look forward to welcoming your keiki back to Kamehameha Hawaiʻi in the 2025-2026 school year! The moʻokūʻauhau, moʻolelo, and uniqueness that each haumāna and their ʻohana bring is what makes our kula special. We mahalo you for continuing to choose our kula for the precious and sacred kuleana of partnering with you on your keiki’s educational journey.

Kamehameha Hawaiʻi offers an educational experience that exemplifies the traditions, mindsets, and values of Ke Aliʻi Pauahi and her chiefly lineage. Our commitment to offering a robust academic program and co-curricular opportunities that allow students to explore their passions is matched by our dedication to ensuring the safety, health and well-being of our students.

By now, you should have received an email from our Infinite Campus system with the relevant links. But just in case, we’ve included that information, and a reminder about our next year school calendar below.

The deadline to complete re-enrollment is April 30, 2025 by 11:59 p.m.

HOW TO RE-ENROLL FOR SY 2025-2026

To help you navigate Infinite Campus for re-enrollment, Kamehameha Schools’ Enterprise Technology has put together a webpage with links and resources to go through the process step-by-step. Included on that page are a welcome letter with next year’s tuition rates, the re-enrollment checklistfrequently asked questions for Financebus transportation application, and instructions on how to update Infinite Campus.

Find the Infinite Campus app when logging in using the KS ʻOhana portal.

If you are experiencing any issues, you can also contact your keiki’s division office for additional kōkua.

HEALTH ROOM CLEARANCES WITH MĀLAMA OLA

As part of the re-enrollment, Mālama Ola has also compiled a webpage with a link to the forms needed to be completed for returning students. You can also download the letter and checklist for your haumāna’s grade level.

Find instructions on how to update your keiki's Moʻomōʻali Olakino Electronic Health Record (EHR), and relevant forms if your child:

  • may need to take or have medication available on-campus, or
  • Needs a physical evaluation form for those entering certain grade levels or
  • is participating in athletics next year.

Medical clearance forms are due by June 1, 2025.

When communicating with the health room, it is best to send messages and forms through the Moʻomōali Olakino Electronic Health Record (EHR) app via the KS ʻOhana portal. Doing so will allow health room staff to better find the right information needed to support you.
