Bobbie Lau (B) (CPM)

Senior Asset Manager – Kapālama

Bobbie Lau is responsible for creating and maintaining real estate value and returns for Kamehameha Schools lands in Kapālama—approximately 104 acres and 63 properties. Her duties focus on overseeing all commercial activities from investment inception and property management to strategic planning under appropriate hold, buy and sell situations—all to ensure maximum sustainable financials performance and asset value.

Prior to joining the KS ‘ohana, Bobbie served as Vice President of Management and Operations at Howard Hughes Corporation, where she participated in a leadership forum for master plan development; led collaboration on overall leasing, operations, and retail marketing strategy and implementation; and established strategic direction and operating strategy for the property in line with the overall master plan goals.

Bobbie is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). She has been a longstanding member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a former Chapter President for both organizations. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CCIM, and is a member and officer of the Kalihi Business Association (KBA).

A KS alumna, Bobbie went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Hawai‘i Pacific University. She is also a licensed real estate broker and certified property manager in the state of Hawai‘i.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Bobbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as reading, crafting, gardening and other home improvement projects.
