Gary Evora

Senior Asset Manager – Hale‘iwa, He‘eia and Kaka‘ako

Gary Evora is responsible for maximizing the performance of a $600 million portfolio of commercial real estate assets owned by Kamehameha Schools, including developing long-term strategy for leasing, management, dispositions and redevelopment of space and ground lease properties. 

Prior to joining the KS ‘ohana, Evora served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International, where he was responsible for managing 180 commercial properties and a management team of 35. With over 30 years of experience, he has held manager positions at Douglas Emmett Management, LLC and Standard Parking Corporation.  

Evora is currently a member of Owners and Managers Association, where he served on the Board of Directors as the Legislative Committee Chair and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kaka‘ako Improvement Association and 400 Keawe Street AOAU. He is also a member of the University of Hawai‘i Alumni Association and Saint Louis School Alumni Association.

A graduate of Saint Louis School, Evora went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa.

In his spare time, Evora enjoys watersports, sport fishing, golf, and cribbage.
