Hassan Elmasri

Senior Real Estate Associate

Hassan Elmasri provides financial analysis for real estate projections and valuations to help inform Kamehameha Schools’ development plans, identify opportunities for asset repositioning, and review joint venture partnerships.

Before joining Kamehameha Schools, Hassan worked on the Asset Management team at GID, a real estate private equity firm with a $30B portfolio across several major market areas. He handled valuations, reporting, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders, aided in business plans, budgets, renovation management, and development project monitoring.

Hassan’s previous roles include positions in Asset Management at JPI, a multifamily development firm. His responsibilities involved financial reporting and disposition efforts. Hassan began his career at CBRE, where he was part of a debt underwriting team and a private equity portfolio management team.

Hassan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.

In his free time, Hassan enjoys traveling internationally, mountain biking, hiking, and swimming.
