Senior Real Estate Associate

Jaime Uota provides financial analysis for real estate projections and valuations to help inform Kamehameha Schools’ development plans, identify opportunities for asset reposition, and evaluation of joint venture partnerships.

Prior to joining the Kamehameha Schools’ ‘ohana, Jaime served as the Development Director at The Howard Hughes Corporation where he recently managed the development of a mixed-use condominium tower, including managing a $400M-plus project budget, the planning and permitting process, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiations. His past work also includes time as a Financial Analyst at Kohanaiki, where he managed the business plan pro forma and operational budget for a 400+ acre, billion-dollar private golf club and luxury residential development.

A graduate of Punahou School, Jaime received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, Shidler College of Business.

In his free time, Jaime enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his son.
