Our ‘ohana

Ryan Ng

Senior Asset Manager

Ryan Ng is responsible for maximizing real estate value and returns for Kamehameha Schools lands in Bougainville, Hālawa, Ka‘ōnohi and Waiau, Waiawa, Waianae, Waipahū—approximately 4,000-plus acres worth nearly $500 million. His duties include tenant lease negotiations, strategic planning for acquisitions and sales, and management of 47 commercial properties.

Before joining the KS ‘ohana, Ryan served as a Real Estate Acquisitions Supervisor for Paragon Partners Ltd. and Parsons Brinckerhoff on behalf of the Honolulu Rail Transit Project. His past experience also includes work as Land Acquisitions at DR Horton Hawai‘i, Project Manager with Allen Ng & Associates Architect, as well as time serving in the US Navy as a Public Affairs Officer, Legal Officer and Surface Warfare Officer, Lieutenant.

Currently, Ryan is the President-Elect for the Hawai‘i Chapter of CCIM, as well as a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and the Board of Realtors for Honolulu, Hawai‘i and nationally.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys hiking, biking and running. He also volunteers his time supporting programs like Adopt-a-School Day, the Hawai‘i Dragon Boat Festival & Races, and Night in Chinatown.
