Senior Asset Manager

Tee Suntharo is entrusted with the task of optimizing real estate value and returns for ‘Āina Pauahi. His responsibilities encompass tenant lease negotiations, strategic planning for acquisitions and sales, and overseeing the management of commercial properties.

Prior to joining the KS ‘ohana, Tee served as manager of Strategic Planning and Capital Allocation at Parker Ranch, where he led corporate development for a diversified portfolio of agricultural, commercial, conservation and residential lands across approximately 130,000 acres on Hawai‘i Island. 

Most of Tee’s 15 years of experience has been focused on blending financial returns with positive social and environmental impact. He was an impact investor at Ulupono Initiative and also worked in public accounting at KPMG in Orange County and Honolulu. 

Tee is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Hawai‘i and California. A graduate of Hawai‘i Preparatory Academy, he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Raised in Kailua-Kona, Tee enjoys going to the beach and traveling with this ‘ohana.
