Victor Tran

Planning and Development Manager I

Victor Tran provides project management, strategic planning, and financial analysis support for Kamehameha Schools’ commercial real estate development projects.

Prior to joining Kamehameha Schools’ Commercial Real Estate Group, Victor worked as a senior capital program manager with the Facilities Development and Support Division at Kamehameha Schools. He managed the planning, design, construction, and implementation of a portfolio of development, major repairs, and capital improvement projects. 

In addition, his work experience includes time at Nordic PCL Construction as a project engineer and estimator, Hawaiian Dredging as a construction engineer, and KYA Design Group as a designer. 

A licensed architect in the state of Hawai‘i, Victor holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Doctorate in Architecture from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Victor enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, fishing, cooking, and traveling.
