At Māhele Lalo (grades K-5) we aim to build a strong educational foundation for every haumāna, connecting them to the ‘āina (land), and the world around them to help provide a sense of belonging as Hawaiians.
Māhele Luna (grades 6-12) is a dynamic and innovative kula nurturing and cultivating Native Hawaiian haumāna to become servant leaders and successful lifelong learners. Our world class college preparatory curriculum supports college and career readiness.
Our Ka‘ulaheanuiokamoku Athletic Complex includes a variety of amenities such as a gymnasium, a wrestling and judo room, a tennis complex with six courts, the Kana‘iaupuni Stadium for football, soccer and track, aquatic center and more!
Our Maui campus offers 20+ student clubs, and many volunteer programs. All haumāna are welcome! From the National Honor Society, to art and drama club, there is something perfect for everyone.
As a student who entered KS Maui at the beginning of high school, Kaleialoha Kaniaupio-Crozier (KSM '11) experienced firsthand that there are more opportunities and more spaces to grow at our Maui campus. No matter your keiki's talents or interests, we have a place for them here.

KS Maui haumāna and community boost restoration vision for Ka Malu site in Lahaina
Kamehameha Schools Maui haumāna recently planted native ʻaʻaliʻi and wiliwili at the Ka Malu site on ʻĀina Pauahi in Kuʻia, Maui. The plants were carefully propagated at the ʻAʻapueo campus. Their hana is part of a bigger community-focused restoration effort ma uka to ma kai.
