SALT Summer Nights Return with Performances by Ten Feet, Kapono Wong and Pono Kaeo

The community is invited to the first in a series of SALT Summer Nights beginning on Friday, June 30, from 6 - 10 p.m. Guests will enjoy live, local entertainment by island/reggae artist Pono Kaeo, ʻukulele prodigy Kapono Wong and the evening’s headliner, Ten Feet, back by popular demand. The pau hana event will be held at The Barn and include the “Bar by Village Bottle Shop & Tasting Room”.

Kamaʻāina and visitors will also enjoy the SALT Marketplace, where they can shop for unique merchandise from local vendors and artisans. The event is free to attend at this popular pet-friendly destination located in the heart of urban Honolulu.

Entertainment Lineup:

6 - 7:20 p.m.: Pono Kaeo will open the evening with his mix of music sure to delight the audience. Kaeo will share island/reggae music with elements of R&B and pop music.

7:30 - 8:45 p.m.: Kapono Wong, ʻukulele prodigy and TikTok sensation, makes his first appearance at SALT at Our Kaka‘ako. The winner of multiple ʻukulele competitions, Wong has performed with musical legends such as Jake Shimabukuro and Henry Kapono.

9 - 10 p.m.: Ten Feet returns to SALT Summer Nights following last year’s in-demand performance. Ten Feet is one of Hawaiʻi’s most popular island rhythm bands with smash hits including Windward Skies and Island Feeling.

SALT Summer Nights attendees are encouraged to come early to grab dinner with friends at any one of the center’s many casual eateries and dine-in restaurants. Discover firsthand why SALT is Honolulu’s epicenter for local culture, food, shopping and entertainment.

Parking is FREE for the first hour, with or without validation, when guests park in SALT’s multi-level parking structure at 333 Keawe Street. With validation from SALT at Our Kaka‘ako shops or restaurants, up to 2 hours is $1, up to 3 hours is $2, up to 4 hours is $4 and 4 hours

and up is $4 plus posted rates. The standard non-validated posted parking rate is $3 every 30 minutes or a fraction thereof.
