Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi held its K-8 Charles Reed Bishop Convocation for the first time since 2020.

The gathering celebrates the contributions Mr. Bishop made in carrying out his wife's vision in creating the Kamehameha Schools, and for the aloha he had for Ke Aliʻi Pauahi. He also initiated and funded the establishment of the preparatory school at Kamehameha, which is why this is a K-8 celebration.

Haumāna and kumu joined together in a celebration of scripture and song to remember Mr. Bishop and mahalo him for his contributions to Hawaiʻi. Watch using the player below or directly on the Kamehameha Schools YouTube channel.
