Akā, ʻo ka poʻe hilinaʻi aku iā Iēhova, e ulu hou nō ko lākou ikaika;
E piʻi ʻēheu aku nō lākou i luna, e like me nā ʻaito;
E holo nō lākou, ʻaʻole hoʻi e māloʻeloʻe,
E hele mua nō lākou, ʻaʻole hoʻi e maʻule.- ‘Isaia 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings as eagles;
they shall run, and not be weary;
and they shall walk, and not faint.- Isaiah 40:31

One of the more complicated things in life for a human is a submitting will. We want everything to go according to what we desire. Everything needs to be on our timing, but that is not what God wants for us. If we keep going and going, we miss what God has in store for us. The “better days” that God has for you and me could happen now or later in our lives. When we give God control of everything, everything will fall into place as it should. If there is a continuation of your carnal self taking over your life, the plan that God has in your life will be far from reach. But, once we slow down and give God the wheel, He will steer us in the right direction, doing a one-eighty and switching from your ways to His ways. God has a plan for each and every one of us.

There was a time in my life when I thought I could be great. I was running away from God and doing the carnal pleasures of man. The world was where I thought I should be. I was completely wrong. My pride got in the way of my humility, and it was running my life for quite a while. I felt like I didn’t need anyone. I distanced myself from people. I wasn’t waiting for anyone. I was alone, depressed, and anxious about everything. But God. I started to grow closer and closer to God and I changed my ways. God was always there waiting for me to open the door. All my worries, doubts, and fears all went away. God changed my life for the better and it couldn’t have happened if I didn’t slow down and submit myself to Him. God loves each and every one of us and wants his children to come home.
